Where does your beef come from? Our beef is born on our family ranch in Oklahoma. We do not source and finish beef, we are the source of our free roam cattle that graze wide open spaces from birth. We are working toward even more sustainable and regenerative practices as we grow and develop our farm to doorstep brand. 

Is your beef organic? While our beef is not certified organic, we prioritize working far above the government standards for organic beef and foster the cattle's symbiotic relationship with nature and employ increasingly responsible farming methods. We believe in transparency and are happy to provide information about the farming practices used for specific products upon request.

How is the beef packaged for shipping? To maintain freshness and quality, our beef products are vacuum-sealed, frozen and packed in insulated containers with ice packs. This ensures that your order arrives in excellent condition and should be chilled promptly upon arrival.

What if I'm not satisfied with my order? We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order, and we will issue a full refund.
